UNDERSTANDING STRESS

     Our life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations and demands, especially in today.s generation. For some other people, stress is a common place that is has become a way of life. Stress is not always bad, there are neutral stress, negative stress and positive stress. In small doses, it can help us under pressure and motivate us to do our best.

WHAT IS STRESS?

      Stress is simply a nature fact. An individual normal response to events that make yourself upset and threatened. Generally, stress is related to both external and internal factors. Stress in a certain point is not helpful and may cause major damage to health, mood, productivity, relationship, and quality of life.
